Grief Yoga® and Yoga Nidra MEDITATION
Have you ever heard this when you are grieving or in pain? “Aren’t you over that yet?” “Didn’t that happen a long time ago?” “You should be over that by now.” “Be grateful he lived a long life.” “You’re young. You can have another baby, marry again, etc.” “You’ll find another job.” “How could you still love her after what she did to you?” “I’m sure everything will be fine soon.”
Join me in the safe, calm setting of the salt cave to welcome, explore and release the heaviness of your grief and pain. Allow your grief to “speak”. The Grief Yoga® practice uses breath, movement and sound to let you witness your grief/pain and use it as fuel to welcome more joy, love, and connection in your life. It is not about forgetting but about integrating. It can be done all seated, seated/standing, or any combination with a mat which provides safe access to all who need healing in their life.
The 2nd part of this event is Yoga Nidra Meditation. Release the gas pedal and slow things down. This powerful, non-movement meditation practice has shown to help counteract the effects of trauma, PTSD, sleep disorders, anxiety, stress, depression, pain, and many other ailments to our bodies and minds.
These offerings are accessible regardless of experience or physical limitation. This entire event can be taken from a chair. If this sounds best for you, please contact Charity so she can prepare to have a chair ready for you!

Create a visual representation of your intentions and visions for 2026! We’ll begin in the salt cave with a brief chat about the power of creating intentions and vision boards followed by very gentle movement to get into our bodies in order for our mind and hearts to bring our intentions to the forefront. The bulk of our time will be spent creating your vision board!!! Your investment includes all needed supplies to create your vision board.
Please plan to arrive no later than 5:50pm EST to get comfortable and setup in the salt cave so we can start on time.

These offerings are for you if you are in pain/grief from a loss of ANY kind such as: loss of a life (human, pet, etc), loss/shifting of a job, moving to another home, divorce, loss of any relationship, loss of mobility/pain in the body, aging, loss of time (i.e. terminal illness or the early Covid years), loss of choice, etc. Accessible to ANYbody and any BODY regardless of experience or physical limitation (can be 100% done in a chair).

Are you experiencing grief, anxiety, sadness, or physical discomfort that feels overwhelming? Pain—whether emotional or physical—can dim our inner light, create disconnection, and leave us feeling stuck. This Grief Yoga® workshop is designed to help you move through these emotions in a compassionate, safe space. Led by Charity, the session combines gentle, accessible movement, breathwork, and sound to release the weight of grief and invite connection, peace, and love. Whether practiced on a yoga mat or in a chair, no prior yoga experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore healing.
This unique experience also includes a 30-minute tea ceremony, offering a moment of quiet reflection and nourishment. Bring a yoga bolster or pillow, a blanket, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. If you are honoring a loved one, feel free to bring a photo as a dedication to your practice. Join us and discover how moving with your grief can lead to empowerment, strength, and renewed lightness. Arrive by 2:50 PM to settle in and begin your journey to healing.
