Pain—whether emotional or physical—can dim our inner light, create disconnection, and leave us feeling stuck. This Grief Yoga® workshop is designed to help you move through these emotions in a compassionate, safe space. Led by Charity, the session combines gentle, accessible movement, breathwork, and sound to release the weight of grief and invite connection, peace, and love. Whether practiced on a yoga mat or in a chair, no prior yoga experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore healing.

This unique experience also includes a 30-minute tea ceremony, offering a moment of quiet reflection and nourishment. Bring a yoga bolster or pillow, a blanket, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. If you are honoring a loved one, feel free to bring a photo as a dedication to your practice. Join us and discover how moving with your grief can lead to empowerment, strength, and renewed lightness. Arrive by 2:50 PM to settle in and begin your journey to healing.
